Is the meat I buy online fresh and of high quality

We source our meat from the best possible feed lots and abattoirs. Premium Meat Distributors Product’s Factory and Shop is regularly audited, and accredited by various Health and Safety institutions. This acknowledges that we follow current requirements, thus recipients of our meat delivery can rest assured of an ethical, compliant and high quality product.

At any time, two of our most experienced blockmen prepare your order. This meat is freshly cut, prepacked on trays, vacuumed and labelled under a camera for video footage, it is then kept in freezer boxes and frozen overnight (unless requested otherwise). Before dispatching in the morning, the order is once again checked and weighed under surveillance. The order is kept in refrigerated vehicles and is delivered to your area on route. All orders are packed to your specification.

Premium Meat Distributors offers convenient “CLICK & COLLECT” for those who want to order online and personally collect their order in the Store. A minimum of 3 hours is needed after placing the order before collection can be made.

Deliver options are as follows;

> For orders under R1000, a delivery fee of R100 is charged.

> Delivery is free for orders over R1000.

DELIVERY FOR ONLINE ORDERS IS GAUTENG BASED ONLY.

*Please allow 2-3 days for delivery once payment has been cleared. Deliveries are made en-route between 7am and 6pm, therefore a delivery time cannot be confirmed. Please note, delivery to specific areas are done on certain days. Delivery Monday to Friday only, excludes Saturdays.

Items cannot be packed less than 500g. Please note meat will be supplied frozen, unless specified.

*Orders to be checked thoroughly with our driver upon delivery – we cannot be held responsible for shortages once our driver has left.

Kindly note, that due to the perishable nature of our products, no refunds are allowed, you may keep a credit on your account or change for another product.
